Are you giving yourself a chance to have more good days than bad?

Our thoughts are so important to our happiness, but they can also be detrimental....

I have talked about it before that I have a generally happy demeanor. I’ve always just been optimistic. It’s kind of my go to state, which I know is really good. But with that comes the thought that I think I should never be unhappy or anxious or worried and  And you know what? Life IS supposed to feel good and you ARE supposed to be happy, but you aren’t AWAYS going to be happy. It isn’t realistic. It’s ok to have a not so great day, we are all going to have those, but are you giving yourself a chance to have more good, happy days then bad? Are you aware enough of your thoughts that you can tell when you’re starting down a path that isn’t serving you? I haven’t always been but I with all the thought work Im doing. Im getting pretty good at identifying thoughts that aren’t serving me and changing them.
