In Trinidad and Tobago we have a problem. Our young women go missing. Unfortunately some turn up dead.

Whatever is happening in the larger system is happening in the smaller system.  I have to ask 

• How do women go missing in our organizations?  
• How are women dying in our workplaces?

In this episode I examine how our young women may be missing and slowly dying in our workplaces. 

I also discuss how we can prevent or limit this phenomena
