In our third episode we wrap up our introduction to Scottish whiskies in general by talking about peated barley and how that process affects the final flavours of whiskies. I am not saying we are finished with Scotch all together but there are other styles of whiskies to look at and we're moving on to Irish next time (yes i know you've heard that before but trust me, I have a plan). Finally we review Ardbeg Uigeadail a cask strength peated whisky from the Ardbeg distillery on Islay.

For those who enjoy our caffeine addled minds' creations I should also mention we have a second podcast which is fictional (or is it?) named GNS where an infinitely shadowy mega corporation with seemingly limitless amounts of money close to hand moves into a small town and slowly takes over.
