Joseph gives us an inside scoop as to why he feels burnout and Manny shares his ideas of what he does to combat it and how focusing on one thing is the best thing to do to combat burn out. They also discuss being intentional when doing "nothing", how to use a day in the week to recharge the batteries when necessary and whether healthy competition and accountability can be a driving force to prevent the burnout.
