Welcome back to The DMC Podcast. Following up on last weeks episode on handling your emotions we felt as we needed more attention Anger. Anger can be expressed in so many different ways and how we may express it can either be positive or negative. Manny and Joseph discuss the unhealthy and healthy ways they may have been expressing the anger they held in the past and the present. Furthermore, they discuss where anger is derived from and how anger usually doesn't usually just occur on its own it is stimulated from other emotions (frustration etc).
