In this episode of the Cerebral Palsy and Fitness Podcast, I have Michelle Steiner a teaching assistant who was diagnosed with a learning disability at an early age. Throughout her life she dealt with many struggles especially when it came to math due to her disability but over time she learned that activities like gardening and being around nature helped her learn and cope in dealing with various challenges. I really enjoy the various gardening analogies used to describe various aspects of life as well as how it has motivated her to keep going. Kudos to you Michelle!
