And therefore, being conscious of what this context is demanding from us will lead to future benefits.

Shraddha Patel is an HR Leader with rich experience across HR verticals & Industry sectors. Her ability to look at the big picture, appreciating process linkages, detail orientation and passion of taking people along gives her a strong edge for aligning strategic HR initiatives. She has a self-reflecting & creative mindset and is constantly looking out for understanding the essence and elements of the transformation journey of individuals and organizations.
Her passion for exploring the world of parenting with depth was inspired by her experiences with organization leaders who she worked with. These encounters drew her awareness to critical aspects of childhood and how each one of us has a core being that needs to be nourished. Her aspirations to hold the space for individuals to nourish themselves, connect to their purpose and express their inner being in the world led her to exploring a whole new world of resonating people, philosophies and practices. She primarily is inspired by Nichren Daioshonin's Buddhism and Arul Dev's work on the depth of the being, apart from all other great leaders in this space.
