Vinay Dabholkar is an innovation coach, author and teacher, and the founder and president of Catalign Innovation Consulting. Vinay builds on his past experience in the high-tech industry and his teaching experiences to act as a catalyst for strategic innovation, helping organisations improve their innovation maturity.
Vinay is a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore, IIT Bombay and TISS Mumbai, and has taught the course on 'Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation' at IIMB. Vinay is the co-author of 'Eight Steps to Innovation: From Jugaad to Excellence', and is the author of 'Mindfulness: Tearing the Veil of Innovation'.
