The Boy Scouts motto is "Be Prepared". I was a Boy Scout for about 3 months, actually I was a Webelos Scout, I guess that is the scout for the awkward stage between Cub Scout and Boy Scout. We would go to Kristian Wilkins house every Thursday and Kristian's dad, our Scout Leader, would give us all kinds of history and information for the Beatles, and let us know why they were the greatest band of all time. We never really learned how to "Be Prepared" when being attacked by a bear, or how to set up a tent, but I always enjoyed our lessons on the Beatles. Mainly I wonder what Kristian did with the 50 cent dues we brought every week before our Scout Pack folded after 3 months! ;-) There are so many things to be prepared for in this life, but nothing is more important than being prepared for Christ when he returns. This week we discuss the return of Jesus, and how we should "Be Prepared".
