I have finally come to terms with the fact that my dream of a Houston Oiler Super Bowl Championship will never come to pass. I thought we had a really good shot in 1993. I loved the Run and Shoot high scoring offense under coordinator Kevin Gilbride, and tough tough 46 Defense by Buddy Ryan. Both of these Coordinators had the same goal in mind...to win a Super Bowl. Unfortunately, they were not united as a team! It was such a disaster that Buddy got upset with Gilbride's call and punched him in the face in the middle of a game! If we are not united, it is almost always impossible for a group to ultimately achieve their goals. This week we will discuss what it means for Christian's to be united with our God and with each other.
