Colin Scott is the Director of COCOA (Churches of Christ Overseas Aid) and one of the key people coordinating the implementation of funds raised by Safe Water September. Through years of relationship and strong international connections, Colin works with the Showers of Blessing team in Zimbabwe to transform money raised in Australia into boreholes that provide life-changing safe water for rural communities.
