Emily Wood works as the Interim Children’s and Families Ministry Leader at Hawkesbury Valley Baptist Church, and she has always been passionate about social justice, mission, and development. Over the years she has been exploring what it means to work in the international aid sector, leading her to studying a Bachelor of Humanitarian and Development Studies at Western Sydney University.
