Living in a pluralistic world, coupled with treasured traditions, it’s easy for Christmas to become something entirely cultural and ritualistic, to lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas. In fact, there’s a clear and obvious push in our culture to remove “Christ” from Christmas and reduce the season to agnostic “happy holidays.” Join us during the season of Advent as we return to the true and joyous meaning of Christmas found in Luke’s gospel. As the beautiful Christmas hymn says, “Be born in us today!” May you be glad and rejoice in Jesus, the Christ of Christmas!
