This week we talk about some recent issues like Will Smiths actions during the Oscars, you know when he slapped Chris Rock. Other than that this week is shame and I discuss two issues in my life that bring the most shame. Looking back I should have told you all how I deal with that shame but I can tell you like most people I just don't bring it up until it is the focus of a topic and by then it is worse than it would have been had I brought it up before.
