Happy New Years to all! My name is Robin Lewis host of Women Of Power Hour podcast show I am a single mom, entrepreneur, wig designer, reiki practitioner, life coach and many many more. If this is your first time joining my podcast I want to say welcome This platform is to empower men and women from all walks of life and to encourage you to know that anything is possible you can accomplish anything you want, and get what every you want out of this life. But i am excited still about the new year we are in the 5th day of the year awesome, awesome Tuesday. What could we say this is the first Tuesday of 2021. I am still excited from day one January first. Now we're on January 5th, and I can say it 's just an attitude of gratitude, an attitude gratefulness, an attitude of being positive knowing that i am here to serve a great purpose and Im am going to continue to push forward and attain and achieve the purpose of my life. And this year I'm not doing not resolution. 

I am just focusing on vision, purpose, and decision making and goals. And achieve the thing i want to achieve, I started my workout this weekend. You already know when you start your workout the pain be making you want to kick as. I had to put my mind in a state were despite the pain I had to keep on pushing through it and, you know (robin giggle's) many times I walking around my knees buckling be cause of the pain in my thighs is like wow. But I know the pain is a good sign, that the great results i'm going to get out of this.

Over the summer during the lock down I was on a working out binge. I fell short, due to I still suffer from mild depression. Just recently last week, no. about a week and a half ago depress is trying to creep in. Different triggers are occurring. Some of the same but, little different things to push me in to that state.
