Shannon is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, matcha latte lover & mama. She helps women cultivate more ease in every area of their lives, supporting them in overcoming chronic health issues, mindset blocks, and old patterns that are holding them back. Her primary focus is gut & vaginal health conditions, and helping women to overcome these stigmatized issues by looking beyond nutrition and supplements, to heal with support, grace, and ease.
She came to the world of health and wellness after struggling for years with her own chronic health issues and feeling completely burnt out from working in the non-profit fundraising world. After healing, she knew she had to help other women.
Her work has shifted over the years to include more work around mindset and stress management, as they are fundamental to long-term health and wellbeing. Through 1:1 and group coaching programs, in-person retreats, online workshops, and her social media presence, Shannon has helped thousands of women in their own personal healing journeys and is so grateful to get to do this work everyday.
