The Boren Mentorship program serves to match experienced Boren alumni with awardees who are trying to get their foot in the door to begin a career in federal service. The aim of this six-month program is to foster networking and goal setting skills as well as broaden awardees’ understanding of opportunities NSEP award recipients can pursue to fulfill their federal service requirement.
