There is so much to say about health and our well-being. It does not stop at exercise, or our meditation. It is an alignment of body mind spirit soul. We need to be very mindful of the reasons why we are doing the things that we do, so that we can live a purposeful life. I go into depth about my journey and how unique beings we are and how we can be illuminaries of the world by our experience and embracing our challenges and learning to overcome them. My running πββοΈ journey has truly taken my breath away!! But looking up an article, I see thereβs so much to training and we need to be patient & keep pushing ourselves to get where we want to be. This article helped me understand that Iβm not limited by the lack of air in my lungs & there are ways new runners are able to overcome this uncomfortable challenge. I can & we can certainly do this!! We just need to strategize ways to learn how.
