Started reading Carol Dweck’s “Mindset” last week and stumbled upon this quote; “Test scores and measures of achievement tell you where a student is, but they don’t tell you where a student can end up.” It stopped me and had me thinking about this deeply. How often do we 1. Give up on kids, parents, each other, because the perception that we are not good enough, smart enough, fast enough, etc.? 2. How often to we push each other to be better when we should be just meeting each other where we are at? Today’s episode talks more about this and other stories.
