Let’s face it, we get angry, frustrated and aggravated at times. It happens to me often, especially when people don’t know how to drive 😉!!! Usually though, that anger is short-lived. Are there ever times when we hold a grudge for a long time or find it difficult to let go of whatever may have caused that frustrated feeling and anger? I heard a story at church a couple of weeks ago and it had me reflect on recent times I have been angry or frustrated. What caused it and how did I react? In today’s episode I share that story and thoughts with you.
