Description

Over the last few years I have tried a number of different rituals and practices to improve my sleep and recovery. Today’s episode goes through a number of strategies that have worked, and some that have not. As I have gotten older (wiser 😊) I am beginning to accept and appreciate rest and recovery. We tend to push ourselves to limits, to the point of breakdown. Rather than be proud and letting our ego take over, we must listen to our bodies and help them heal appropriately.
