As we move into the last few weeks of 2017 we start to begin looking at what we want to have as our New Year’s resolutions. We typically start off in January with great intentions but life tends to happen and get in the way and by mid-February those resolutions are no longer existing. A few years ago, we started shifting our focus on goals & resolutions to daily commitments and habits we can create. In this episode, we discuss “Keystone Habits” and what we can do to change our shoulds to musts and identify those commitments that create the necessary habits to make us better in 2018.
