My uncle was the finest man I have ever know. He was a genius, a veteran, a teacher, and my best friend. Highly educated and a true gentleman and scholar, he was my mentor. He was unbending in his Honesty and had unwavering in his Integrity. I am a writer today, largely because of him. He showed me compassion and support when I needed it most. I miss him.
