This is an interview with a very impressive young black man, Eric Dowdell, who is an Engineer at Universal Studios. After being there for 6 months, he is now managing other Engineers all at the ripe old age of 26. Now he wants to help other young people achieve their dreams and goals, by showing them the things that worked for him.
