Gold goes thru multiple refining stages to remove the impurities until the image of the one refining it can be seen in its shinning and shimmering surface.
Much like gold, We as Christians go thru a lot of refining moments and circumstances that remove the aspects of us that does not reflect, show, and magnify the one who made us. God brings us to refining moments to bring out the best in us and to not only see our true selves but also Him in ourselves.
This August let's discuss this refining moments till we become as pure, refined and polished, as GOLD.
One of the greatest challenge in today's Christian life is to life a life worthy of the calling of God. To not be tempted to blend in to the world and be carried by the flow of the opposition but to live life according to a Gold standard - God's standard.
