Imagine a day where you are given a time frame to breathe, your every breath is scheduled, wouldn't that be hard? But thankfully, we don't have that case, we are given an unlimited supply of oxygen, countless moments to breathe in and breathe out.
They often equate prayer with the breathing. When it comes to our Spiritual Life, prayer is equivalent our every breath. It is a way to breathe in the Lord and breathe out the negatives. It is not just an exercise of bringing our wish lists to God, but it is mainly our divine check-in with our Creator. Prayer is essential to our lives as breathing is. Breathing and Praying should be something we do almost unconsciously.
