It is kind of ironic that we can call ourselves Christian and yet we do not find value in reading God's Word. Over the span of thousands of years, God gave us His precious Word, It is His revelations put into writing and it speaks about who He is. It has transformed countless lives just by getting read. The Bible is not just a book about doctrines but rather it is a book about God, it is not just a book of literature and more than just a map that tells us what to do, but basically points us first and foremost to Him. God's intention in giving us His Word is that it would be Food to our Soul.
