There are seven stages of grief: 1) Shock 2) Denial 3) Anger 4) Bargaining 5) Depression 6) Testing 7) Acceptance. Throughout this pandemic, each of us are going to feel those seven stages at different times. How can we make sure that our disappointment does not keep us stuck in depression?
