Meet Carri Mansfield. She’s a vegan and plant-based nutritionist, accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Carri has always been passionate about nutrition and plant-based foods. After moving with her husband from Connecticut to Texas she decided to start her own nutrition coaching business.
