Description

Today I discuss my thoughts on training variety.  Are there issues with too little variety? (hint: yes)  What about too much variety, is that a thing? (hint: yes) 

I talk about the issues that may arise with both those scenarios and how I utilize variety in my client's and my own training to keep progress, enjoyment, and strength coming in training!
