Description

In today's episode I go over some of my favorite ways to progress training without increasing weights.  A lot of people feel the only way to show they're getting stronger is by pushing heavier and heavier weights.  And while I'm a fan of lifting heavy it's not the only way to go; especially in this time of history with no access to gyms and limited access to weights.
