Join us as we discuss one of Cleveland's most notorious serial killers, the unidentified Cleveland Torso Murderer. This person is officially responsible for 12 victims, but recent research shows the number could be much higher. The people targeted by this killer were living a more transient lifestyle (drifters, sex workers, and the destitute), which contributed to why many of the victims remain unidentified.
