This episode, Ashley tells us how she got her start in the financial industry, currently working as an analytics forecaster for JLL Commercial Real Estate. During her sophomore year in college, she switched her major from management to finance, and explains why she made that switch. She previously interned at Wells Fargo in the home loans department, and gives some insight as to how she’s stepped out of her comfort zone to make bold decisions on top of giving some helpful advice on nailing an interview with little to no experience in the desired position.
