Of course we want to win and get better in jiu jitsu but how is that even achievable? Where do I start? What do I look for? How?!!! These are all legitimate questions we ask ourselves early after putting on the gi (or rashguard!). This episode dives into those questions and addresses when some of those 'not so good feeling' like growing stagnant, hitting a plateau, or finding yourself getting bored with BJJ. There are many legitimate reasons to feel like you're not getting the most out of your training sessions. In this episode I mention some old teammates that helped me gain a better perspective on my comprehension of the game that I resort back to even today.
