We begin a new book together today, Song of Solomon (Song of Songs). It is a difficult book to read together as a family because it is so openly extolling the beauty of passion within a marriage. And yet, it is precisely because of that that it is also so richly able to point us to the relationship between Christ and His bride, the Church.
