During this time of social distancing, many churches and ministries are using social media for the first time. But are they using it effectively? Our guest, Reverend Dr. Martin Quick, shares valuable information about social media and how to "e-vangelize" through various platforms.
Reverend Dr. Martin Quick is an Associate Pastor at Journey United Methodist Church in Columbia, SC. He is a United States Army Veteran with over ten years of ministerial experience. In addition to his current role, he has operated as a pastor assistant, teacher assistant, chaplain and, Director of Discipleship.
Reverend Dr. Quick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Morris College and a Doctorate of Divinity from Hood Theological Seminary. His Doctoral Dissertation was titled E-vangelism: Creating and Implementing A Social Media Ministry for Outreach. He offers consulting services to ministries and assists them with utilizing this essential tool to reach the masses.
