Are you ready for some football?! What about basketball, soccer, baseball, or tennis? The pandemic has changed how sports are played, but did you know sports and the church have a lot in common. Both have gone through changes due to coronavirus and have the ability to help each other. Today's guest, Monique A. J. Smith shares some great information with us about this topic. 

Monique A. J. Smith, a Sports Management veteran of 30 plus years, launched her consulting business Seeds of Empowerment ® LLC, full-time March 2013 where she is a leadership strategist for Athletic Departments/Sports Organizations and Individuals who wish to advance in Athletics/Sports Business or the Marketplace. 

Smith has four ways she consults 1. University workshops & Retreats, 2. Membership Program called the Advance Academy, which includes a monthly Mastermind, Training Portal with Guest Experts, quarterly receipt of a leadership ebook, and one-on-one sessions. 3. Speaker’s Bureau where clients learn how to “Monetize their “Specialized Knowledge” to the Marketplace 4. Newest venture a magazine called “Significance” in Athletics and Sports” where contributors share their “secret sauce” the Athletics/Sports industry.
