Maya Fiennes is an author, a yogi and a musician. She travels the world teaching a mix of Kundalini yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong combined with her original music based on healing frequencies. She is the creator of the Maya Fiennes Method, which helps people transform their lives and find their path to freedom from fear, anxiety, and stress. 

Maya is based in Los Angeles and joins me in this deep, intimate conversation and offers useful tools that can help us all during these highly peculiar times.
