In this podcast, Linda Kelly and Kelly Graham discuss the impact of wearing cloth masks for those that struggle with anxiety, and real down-to-earth coping skills that we use in therapy sessions with our clients to manage that distress. We discuss the issues with wearing masks, unhelpful thoughts that influence Anxiety, how to identify anxiety and panic, self-soothing and grounding skills such as paced breathing and opposite action, and finally, how to support kids to wear their masks without fear.
