Rachel a current serving USA Police Officer talks about her life journey from almost loosing her left hand in a car accident when studying to be a teacher to becoming an EMT and ultimately becoming a Police Department and never looking back. She talks about how amazing her job is but also how hard it can be. She really opens up to the toll it can take on not just yourself but also those closest to you. She tells us about what she does now to not get to the deep levels of burnout, anxiety and more. More how to be the caring positive person daily and stay upbeat even after a hard day in the job.
