Jonathan a current EMT in the USA and I talk about the toll being a frontline officer can take on not just you but inevitably takes on your family and even friendships. He tells us about a day of working off duty after a tornado destroyed a local area and how he became so drained that he couldn’t even think straight, but then having to go start his actual shift.
