Central Bank of Nigeria say one commercial court for London don order the release of $200 million wey dem use as deposit for the case against Process & Industrial Development (P&ID) to the Nigerian government.
Central Bank Governor Godwin Emefiele confirm the news, he say the ruling dey come after the court see sey the case na primo facie fraud.
The court still reject P&ID’s application to increase them guarantee.
