Stay On The Path
This year has been BANANAS, right?!?
The hard work takes time and if you don’t stay on the path, you will waste your time and keep having to start over, completely frustrating yourself. At least that’s what has happened to me.
I have been a yo-yo dieter and yo-yo everything elser (not a word). This year that’s changed.
