Ben has gone from strength to strength working his way onto Sydney Swat before forming NVS and in recent years playing with East Side Raw and now Perth Crisis.

We chat about how to create the best team environment to play in, some common pitfalls players and teams find themselves in and what it takes to chase the big goal of a series win in the Super Sevens.
