Dr. Bill Campbell is a professor at the University of South Florida where he studies dieting strategies for physique enhancement and performance. His keen insight on how metabolism works and how to use different dieting strategies to your advantage is one of the main reasons I wanted to have him on this show. We talk about Intermittent Fasting and how it can help or not help your fat loss and performance and we also get into other dieting tips and strategies that are really valuable!

Besides being an awesome researcher and professor, Dr. Campbell was my mentor and thesis advisor when I completed my Master's Degree at USF. We always have a good time chatting and this podcast was no different!
