This week’s episode is about the energy pattern of the Crone or Wise One, which we all have access to, no matter our age, gender or experience. The Crone is the voice within that beckons us to our own well of wisdom within, calling us to move through change when we are on the edge of it, and teaching us of our own deep knowledge when we are ready to hear of it. The energy is present for us whether we are conscious of it, or not. And it becomes stronger and more nourishing the more we welcome it. This week, I’m taking us into the embodiment of the Crone. From my own experience, to the universal tendencies and abilities we all have within, I’m seeking to shed light on the finer aspects of what it means to walk like a Wise One.
