Procrastination is not laziness as lazy people never feel bad but on contrary people who procrastinate are and by no way it relaxation as relaxation you come back as rejunuated ...it is due to free bring up person has add ..( attention deficit) ...but having recognised can bounce back or overcome with these ----: 1. Personal vision is different from goal ..goal will be one time high of dopamine but personal vision will have continuous high of dopamine ...( dopamine is chemical messenger which sents messages to nerves and that helps to plan & excute what you want to do )..thus dopamine will help to overcome this procrasination...this dopamine is created only by human ..rather gift given by God ..2. to do list. .checking every day and attending immediately even small task ..3.Eliminating unnecessary emotional thoughts or dialogues .being mindful ..4 Doing physical exercises 5.planning the plan in advance
