Disaster manager springs from two constituents....one ill luck or mismamanagement .. .ill luck not in our control but man made mismanagement...this may due to not having efficient person (Inversion Excellence) absence from work ..losing touch .not qualified ..position due ..influence power ..is great defect....and last one addiction to wine women will bring ruin ..stability of organisation depends on financial...people stability..learning and vision stability .. Having said all last she hv social responsibility. Helping others ..(CSR)...Corporate Social Responsibility. Should become (PSR)...Personal Social Responsibility...where each one can contribute to the society ..and personal emotional satisfaction
