Dane Carnegie in his book ..How to Win friends & Influence people says, that if you want to influence there are awesome cardinal rules which when you adhere you see that you would be able to easily influence people and bring them in your way of thinking or make them do the job you want them to do (subordinates & children ) none can resist a Challenge and all like games and want to excel in them ..indirectly it is liking towards being important
