Grief can attach itself to a lot of stories, and the idea is to feel the emotion of grief in the body, to process it, but trying to remove the story behind it. We locate where the grief may be hiding in our bodies, and discover that grief doesn't really get to take up as much space as we give it credit! Hope resides within our hearts, and so we can go back there, time and time ahead to get grounded.
